Updates to the distance between affected bus stops and other bus stops will take effect from Sunday, 10 January 2021.

The last bus timings for some bus services at Pasir Ris and Punggol Bus Interchanges will be extended on the eve of New Year, 31 December 2020.

From Monday, 4 January 2021, Service 12e will operate at 30-minute headway throughout operating hours daily. There is no change to the existing route and operating hours.
