A new bus service, 384 will begin operating on Sunday, 27 December 2020. It will ply between Punggol Bus Interchange and Northshore Drive and enhance connectivity to key amenities.

Updates to the distance between affected bus stops and other bus stops will take effect from Sunday, 11 October 2020.

Bus service 118 will skip a bus stop along Changi Business Pk Ctrl 2 due to road closure for the installation of equipment at Citibank Rooftop. The diversion will start on Friday, 21 August 2020, 10.00pm to Saturday, 22 August 2020, 6.00am.

Service 359 (East Loop) will be amended to loop around Loyang Avenue, Pasir Ris Drive 3 and Pasir Ris Drive 2, starting from Sunday, 12 July 2020. The service will also ply bi-directional along Pasir Ris Street 11. Two existing bus stops at Blk 197 and Blk 104 along Pasir Ris Drive 1 will be skipped.

Starting from Wednesday, 15 April to Monday, 1 June 2020, Express bus services 12e and 43e will be temporarily suspended.

Updates to the distance between affected bus stops and other bus stops will take effect from Sunday, 12 April 2020.

Starting from Wednesday, 8 April to Monday, 1 June 2020, Express bus service 518 and City Direct bus services 661 and 666 will be temporarily suspended.

From Sunday 8 March 2020, Service 382 will serve a pair of new bus stops along Sumang Link.

City Direct Service 666 will be operated by Go-Ahead Singapore from Monday, 2 March 2020. Single-deck buses will be deployed on this service.
