Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions will apply to the “Go-Ahead Singapore’s Caring in Action” contest, which will hereby be known as the “Contest” organised by Go-Ahead Singapore (GAS). The contest will take place on Go-Ahead Singapore’s social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) from 3 November to 13 November 2023, 2359 hours.

By participating in this contest, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

  1. This contest is open to all residing in Singapore.
  2. Each participant is limited to one (1) entry per account for each Facebook and Instagram post.
  3. Every participant will have to use their real personal details for submission. GAS reserves the right to disqualify any participant who may not be using their authentic personal details.
  4. To be eligible for this contest, participants must fulfill all two (2) of the following criteria:
  5. Contest closes on 13 November 2023, at 2359 hours (SGT).
  6. Winners will be announced on the official social media platforms. Please keep an eye on our pages for updates.
  7. GAS reserves the sole right and final decision to determine the winners.
  8. Winners will be contacted via the email address submitted in the contest form. All winners will have to provide the necessary details to GAS within two weeks upon notification or stated otherwise, else the prize will be forfeited.
  9. No compensation will be made for any forfeited prize. 
  10. The number of EZ-Link cards available is limited. Once all the cards have been awarded, no additional cards will be distributed. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
  11. By participating in the contest, winners agree to provide GAS with the exclusive and royalty-free right to make use of the contest submissions on any form of media/publicity for any purpose without any payment.
  12. The participants agree and consent to GAS using their names and personal information submitted during the contest for any form of publicity without prior notice or compensation for an unlimited duration.
  13. GAS reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
