Bus services 36 and 518 will skip bus stops along Bayfront Ave, Raffles Ave, Raffles Blvd, Temasek Ave and Temasek Blvd due to road closure for Tour de France Prudential Singapore Criterium 2023. The diversion will happen on Saturday, 28 October to Sunday, 29 October 2023.

The route for Service 118A will be amended to start from Punggol Temporary Interchange from Monday, 30 October 2023. This service operates on weekday morning peak period (excluding Public Holidays).

Updates to the distance between affected bus stops and other bus stops will take effect from Sunday, 8 October 2023.

Bus service 2 will skip bus stops along Loyang Ave, Loyang Way and Upp Changi Rd Nth due to road closure for Yellow Ribbon Prison Run 2023. The diversion will happen on Sunday, 24 September 2023 from first bus to 11.30am.

From Monday, 25 September 2023, Service 2B will be introduced to operate during weekdays afternoon and weekends. This short-trip bus service will ply between Changi Village Terminal and Bedok Station Exit A. Service 2A will be discontinued henceforth. Commuters can take Service 2 as an alternative.

Bus service 119 will skip bus stop 63221 (Kovan Hub) along Hougang St 21 due to road closure for Kovan City Under The Stars. The diversion will happen on Saturday, 23 September 2023, from 6.00am to 11.59pm.

The section of Pasir Ris Drive 1 between Pasir Ris Drive 8 and Pasir Ris Central will be temporarily closed to facilitate the construction of the Cross Island Line. The existing pair of bus stops 77031/77039 along Pasir Ris Drive 1 will be relocated to Pasir Ris Central, and Services 39, 53, 81, 89, 109, 518 and 518A will be temporarily amended to serve the relocated bus stops. Service 403 will be amended to ply Pasir Ris Drive 8 in both directions and serve 3 existing bus stops. It will no longer call at 4 existing bus stops along Pasir Ris Central and Pasir Ris Drive 1.

The last bus timings for some bus services at Pasir Ris and Punggol Bus Interchanges will be extended for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2023 from Friday, 15 September to Sunday, 17 September 2023.
